William C. Katz practices in the areas of
Redevelopment, Municipal
Law and Litigation.
Mr. Katz's practice includes the representation of
public entities in transactional and litigation
matters arising out of redevelopment activities,
general commercial litigation matters involving
public and private entities, and the general
representation of public entities relating to
municipal law.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Katz was an associate
with a law firm in Boston, Massachusetts. While a
law student, he had internships with a major public
transit authority and a publicly traded real estate
investment trust, and also served as a law clerk
intern for the Honorable Martin A. Herman, J.S.C.,
of the New Jersey Superior Court.
Mr.
Katz received his B.A. degree in Political Science
from Emory University in 2003 and his juris doctor
degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law
in 2006. He is admitted to the bars of the State of
New Jersey, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and
the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
