Marsha BoutinMarsha Boutin is a senior paralegal with the Firm’s public finance department. Ms. Boutin assists the attorneys of the firm with financings as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, trustee's counsel and credit enhancement counsel for issuers at every level of government. Many of the clients she works with include various projects with the State of New Jersey and its various public authorities, counties, municipalities, local authorities and boards of education. 

Ms. Boutin also contributes in the firm’s corporate transactions, including the organization, qualification, merger, withdrawal and dissolution of business entities and related transactional matters. Her responsibilities also include the preparation of documents, organization and attendance at closings. In addition, Ms. Boutin has participated in securing trademarks, copyrights, patent research and registrations. She serves as an intermediary between the firm’s clients and attorneys and has over 29 years of experience in public finance and corporate matters.

Ms. Boutin has been a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers since 1993. Ms. Boutin attended New College at Hofstra University for her undergraduate studies, receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Social Science with a concentration in Political Science in 1975.
