Daniel S.W. Choi's practice focuses on
Public Finance and
Corporate Law. He
has diverse experience representing issuers,
underwriters, borrowers and credit providers in
connection with public and private tax-exempt and
taxable bond offerings by state, county and local
governmental entities in the State of New Jersey. He
also has extensive experience representing
state-level issuers and underwriters in connection
with the issuance of revenue bonds, primarily on
behalf of health care and educational institutions,
in a number of states including Maine, New
Hampshire, New York, Massachusetts, Connecticut,
Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida and
California.
Prior to joining GluckWalrath LLP, he was an
associate in the capital markets department of
Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York City,
and prior to that was an associate at Hawkins,
Delafield & Wood LLP in Newark, New Jersey.
Mr. Choi received a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law
School, Newark, New Jersey in 1997 and a Bachelor of
Arts in political science from Trinity College,
Hartford, Connecticut in 1994, where he was elected
to Phi Beta Kappa and was chosen as a President's
Fellow. He is licensed to practice in New Jersey and
New York.
