Antonella
Colella specializes in the areas of
Municipal Law and
Litigation, with
particular emphasis on the representation of public
entities in both transactional and litigation
matters. Her practice includes the defense of tort
claims and civil rights claims brought against
public entities, general commercial litigation
matters, public procurement and contracting matters,
as well as other municipal law issues.
Ms. Colella has also volunteered her time at
Nationalities Service Center in Philadelphia, where
she helped immigrant victims of domestic violence
obtain legal permanent resident status. She serves
on the Board of Directors of the Northeast
Philadelphia Chapter of Filitalia International, a
non-profit organization founded to promote and
preserve Italian heritage, language and customs
worldwide. Ms. Colella is fluent in Italian.
Ms. Colella received her Bachelor of Science degree
in Finance (with honors) from American University in
2004 and her Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers-Camden
School of Law in 2008. She is admitted to the bars
of the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania. She resides in Philadelphia,
Pennsylvania.
